I've been trying to find more keto options in Paso Robles since I'm here for work and hotel living doesn't allow me to cook my own meals. I decided to call Sushi Kokku and ask if they have rolls w/out rice. The gentleman who answered was so kind and said they can make any roll w/out rice. He gave me suggestions, and I decided on the Texas Roll. Absolutely amazing! Even though I was fully prepared for my roll to be wrapped in cucumber I am extremely excited to see that it wasn't! MUST TRY FOR LOW CARB PEEPS Definitely my new place to go, and can't wait to try other Keto friendly rolls! He also asked if I want a big or small roll...love the option. I chose to go big, in hopes to have leftovers for work. Price for this roll was $21.38. A little pricey, but quality and quantity fit the price. It's fresh and hits the spot!

Food selection is enormous. Everything tastes fresh. Atmosphere is lacking. Big open space and out of the way location. Staff are cordial. I forget about this place because of its location but I must say the food is really good.
Expensive for the food but it is always delicious. I would suggest calling while driving over so that you can get your food right when you arrive. The cashier is always friendly, food comes with wasabi, ginger, and soy sauce, and the place inside is very pretty and is always calm!! :) My favorite sushi place in Paso.
For what it is, (my husband jokes that it's fast food sushi) it's GREAT! Ha! I love it! I am also obviously not a sushi snob, but definitely worth a try if you needing a quick bite and don't want usual fast food options. I call it in and by the time I get there the wait it less than 5 minutes.
